Easter in Sandown, Isle of Wight
This Easter, escape to Sandown on the Isle of Wight with visits to charming Godshill, Shanklin, Ryde, scenic Alum Bay for the Needles, Isle of Eight Pearl, and peaceful Quarr Abbey – a perfect spring getaway.
Day 1
Good Friday:
We travel to the Isle of Wight making suitable refreshment stops enroute. We arrive at our hotel with time to relax before our evening meal.
Day 2
Visits to Godshill, Isle of Wight Pearl, and The Needles at Alum Bay.
B, DDay 3
Easter Sunday:
Visits to Quarr Abbey, Ryde, and Shanklin.
Day 4
Easter Monday:
Optional visit to Osborne House* (extra cost) or East Cowes. Afternoon at leisure in Sandown.
Day 5
Return ferry crossing with a stop in Winchester before heading home.

TROUVILLE HOTEL, SANDOWN ***
The 3-star Trouville Hotel has a prominent position overlooking the glorious Sandown Bay. There is a lovely lounge area to relax in or to enjoy a pre-dinner drink before our evening meal. There is superb choice of evening meals served by friendly waiting staff.
There is a lift to all floors, however the lift is small and unable to take mobility scooters.
