Holiday Route
We want the start of your Kirbys holiday to be as smooth, comfortable and convenient as possible. Our North Bound and South Bound pick-up routes have been carefully planned to provide an efficient start to your journey, while continuing to offer a wide choice of pick-up points across Essex.
Depending on the direction of travel, your holiday will operate on either our North Bound, South Bound, or Continental, Scotland & Ireland route, helping to reduce unnecessary travelling time before your holiday gets underway.
For customers who live away from the main route, we also offer a selection of non-standard and non-routed pick-up points. Where a taxi or minibus transfer is required to connect you with the main coach, a small additional charge applies. These charges contribute towards the extra transport costs involved and are kept as low as possible.
Your applicable route and pick-up time will be confirmed when you book, and our friendly team is always happy to help you choose the most convenient pick-up point for your holiday.

Important Pick-Up Information
Pick-up times may vary for certain departures, so please check your booking confirmation for your confirmed time.
Unless otherwise stated, your return drop-off will be as close to your original pick-up point as possible. If your pick-up time changes after booking, we will contact you by telephone prior to departure.
Please note: Parking is not available at Princess Road, Rayleigh from October to March.
