Day 1

We begin in the picturesque riverside town of Henley-on-Thames before continuing to the delightful market town of Wallingford, once home to Agatha Christie and inspiration for her Miss Marple stories. More recently, Wallingford has featured as Causton in Midsomer Murders. We then travel to our hotel in Aylesbury for dinner.

Day 2

Travel through the scenic Chiltern Hills to magnificent Blenheim Palace, birthplace of Sir Winston Churchill and a filming location for Spectre, Cinderella, Mission: Impossible, Rogue Nation and The Royals.

Day 3

Enjoy a tranquil cruise from Abingdon to Oxford, where free time allows you to explore the university city made famous by Inspector Morse, Endeavour and Lewis.

Day 4

Our final stop is Windsor, with time to explore the town or nearby Great Park, a backdrop for Harry Potter, Bridget Jones’s Baby and Goodbye Christopher Robin, before returning home.
