Sandringham Flower Show Overnight Break
Many of the region’s leading nurseries and horticultural specialists exhibit here, in addition to these displays the show features display gardens by leading designers, around 200 trade stands (both horticultural and general), a craft marquee, main arena events, family entertainment and a military band.
Day 1
Depart home area and travel to Bury St. Edmunds, a history-lovers paradise. Take a walk around the picturesque Georgian square and see the wonderful medieval architecture. There are many unique individual shops to browse and many restaurants or cafes to obtain lunch before travelling to the Wensum Valley Hotel with time to freshen up before our evening meal.
DDay 2
After breakfast to Sandringham Park and Flower Show. Many of the region’s leading nurseries and horticultural specialists exhibit here, in addition to these displays the show features display gardens by leading designers, around 200 trade stands (both horticultural and general), a craft marquee, main arena events, family entertainment and a military band. There is a large catering marquee with seating, and numerous catering stands on the showground providing a wide range of hot and cold food and drinks. Please note that the House will be closed today. This is a large show ground, so we spend the day at leisure here, departing for home area approx. 4pm making suitable comfort stops along the way.
