Day 1
We depart home area and head to the charming seaside town of Southwold, known for its sandy beaches, historic pier and charming town centre. Colourful, iconic beach huts line the seafront which add a unique and picturesque touch. The town has many craft shops and art galleries and there are plenty of cafes and tea rooms to choose from. Afterwards we continue to our hotel with time to freshen up before our evening meal.
DDay 2
After breakfast, we make our way to Holt where we embark on the North Norfolk steam railway, known as the ‘Poppy Line’ for our scenic train journey to Sheringham, a nostalgic way to explore the beautiful Norfolk countryside. Sheringham is a picturesque town with historic buildings and charming streets, opportunity to visit one of the town’s cosy cafes or traditional pubs to obtain lunch before we visit Cromer, known for its Victorian charm and iconic pier. The town centre has a range of shops, cafes and restaurants, browse the market which is open until 4pm today*. Opportunity to purchase a Cromer crab sandwich before we return to our hotel.

Day 3
After breakfast, we visit Sutton Hoo, ‘England’s Valley of the Kings’, the Anglo-Saxon ship burial found here is the richest burial ever found in northern Europe! After time to explore this fascinating site, we return to home area.
