Day 1

Cross the Channel and travel, with suitable refreshment stops, to our hotel in Mutzig.

Day 2

Discover the beautiful Alsace Wine Route, passing rolling vineyards and charming villages. Visit the gingerbread village of Gertwiller, medieval Ribeauvillé and the fairytale village of Riquewihr. Enjoy a guided vineyard tour, sample the region's renowned Alsace wines and learn about winemaking traditions.

Strasbourg with a relaxing River Ill cruise before time in La Petite France, the magnificent cathedral and its picturesque squares.

Visit colourful Colmar for a sightseeing train tour and free time before a scenic drive through the Vosges Mountains to Mont Saint-Odile and historic Hohenburg Abbey.

Travel along the renowned Alsace Wine Route, one of France's most scenic touring routes, winding through vineyard-covered hills and charming villages overflowing with colourful flowers and traditional timber-framed houses.

Visit the delightful village of Gertwiller, famous for its centuries-old gingerbread tradition, before continuing to the medieval town of Ribeauvillé, where historic streets, colourful buildings and inviting cafés create the perfect setting for a leisurely stroll.

One of the highlights of your holiday is undoubtedly Riquewihr, often described as one of the most beautiful villages in France. Surrounded by vineyards and medieval walls, its cobbled streets, flower-filled balconies and beautifully preserved architecture seem to have stepped straight from the pages of a fairy tale.

Enjoy a guided visit to a traditional Alsace wine cellar, where you'll discover local winemaking traditions before sampling three organic Alsace wines accompanied by delicious local Kougelhopf cake.

Discover the magnificent city of Strasbourg, home to one of Europe's finest Gothic cathedrals and the charming canals of La Petite France. A relaxing cruise along the River Ill offers a wonderful perspective of this UNESCO World Heritage city before you have time to explore its bustling squares, independent boutiques and welcoming cafés.

Explore the colourful town of Colmar, renowned for its beautifully preserved Old Town and picturesque canals. Enjoy a sightseeing train tour before spending free time discovering the town's medieval streets, boutique shops and traditional Alsatian restaurants.

Your scenic drive through the beautiful Vosges Mountains concludes at Mont Saint-Odile, one of Alsace's most important pilgrimage sites. Perched high above the surrounding countryside, the historic Hohenburg Abbey offers breathtaking panoramic views across the Alsace Plain towards the Black Forest.
